How we modernized Uzbekenergo IT infrastructure

Together with Uzbekenergo's technical specialists, we carried out a full diagnostics and restructuring of the enterprise's IT environment. The project covered all key areas - from server architecture to communication channels and backup systems.

Thanks to this, the company received a reliable and scalable infrastructure adapted to the tasks of critical production.

Turnkey infrastructure: from analysis to implementation

The project for Uzbekenergo became an example of a comprehensive and step-by-step approach to building a modern IT infrastructure. At the start, we conducted a deep audit: we studied the existing capacities, identified weaknesses in storage systems, network architecture, information security and management. Together with the customer's team, we formed priorities - fault tolerance, scalability, security and transparent administration.

At the next stage, FORS CA specialists designed a new infrastructure. We took into account the future growth of the load, the specifics of internal logistics and the territorial distribution of facilities. Optimal solutions for network equipment, server part and backup systems were selected. All components were carefully coordinated: from design documentation to the approval of access policies.

The implementation was carried out in stages, without stopping current processes. In parallel, monitoring and centralized management systems were deployed, and the client's IT staff was trained. The main thing was achieved: the infrastructure became reliable, flexible, and secure - in line with modern industry requirements and ready for new challenges.

As a result, the implemented system ensures stable operation of critical processes, significantly reduces operational risks, and makes it possible to scale the IT environment without failures and losses. This project is not just the implementation of technologies, but a long-term solution that ensured the digital sustainability of one of the key players in the country's energy sector.
