User Agreement Policy

This User Agreement Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the forsca.uz website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), owned by FORS CA SOLUTIONS LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

By using the Site, you confirm that you have read this Agreement, accept its terms and undertake to comply with them.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement defines the rights and obligations of the users of the Site and the Company.

1.2. The Company reserves the right to amend the Agreement at any time without prior notice to users.

1.3. Using the Site after changes have been made means that the user agrees to the new version of the Agreement.

2. Rights and obligations of users

2.1. The user has the right to:

  • freely view the materials of the Site;
  • contact the Company through feedback forms and contact information;
  • receive information about the services and news of the Company.

2.2. The user undertakes to:

  • provide reliable data when filling out forms on the Site;
  • not take actions that could disrupt the operation of the Site or lead to unauthorized access to its resources;
  • not use the Site for illegal purposes.

3. Rights and obligations of the Company

3.1. The Company undertakes to ensure the correct operation of the Site and the safety of users' personal data.

3.2. The Company has the right to:

  • process users' personal data in accordance with applicable law;
  • restrict access for users who violate the Agreement;
  • modify or suspend the Site for technical maintenance.

4. Personal data and confidentiality

4.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4.2. Users' personal data is used exclusively for feedback, provision of services and improvement of service quality.

4.3. The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties without the user's consent, except in cases provided by law.

5. Limitation of liability

5.1. The Company shall not be liable for temporary failures and interruptions in the operation of the Site caused by technical reasons or actions of third parties.

5.2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness and relevance of the information posted on the Site if it is received from third-party sources.

5.3. The Company is not liable for possible losses of users arising from the use of the Site.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6.2. All disputes arising in connection with the use of the Site shall be resolved in the manner prescribed by applicable law.

6.3. If the user disagrees with the terms of the Agreement, he is obliged to stop using the Site.
